A minimum of three years of teaching experience, successful leadership experience, knowledge of secondary curriculum, students and teaching strategies, excellent interpersonal communications skills, conflict resolution and problem solving skills, ability to work through a participatory and consensus-building decision-making process, ability to work effectively and contribute as a member of a team, possess excellent oral and written skills.
