Job Summary

The outdoor aide supports the Outdoor Director on the playground through supervision during both elementary and middle school recesses and lunches and provides support to teachers during the interim time between recesses and lunches. The outdoor aide will have specific playground duties designed to promote the safety and well-being of students at all grade levels during each grade level recess and lunch. The outdoor aide has general teacher support tasks to complete during the interim time between recess and lunch. The outdoor aide has emergency and safety response responsibilities should an emergency occur during scheduled work hours.
