Requirements / Qualifications
Master's Degree required, or higher (PhD., preferred, not required), from an accredited institution in education, school administration, or related field, and a Clear California Administrative Credential with a Teaching and/or Pupil Personnel Services Credential.

Strong leadership abilities, including an encouraging, motivating presence to help with conflict management, team building, mentoring, and coaching. goal-setting, prioritization, and strategic planning. Ability to inspire, change, and guide successful implementation of instructional initiatives, including Common Core State Standards
