The Director of Development works closely with the Vice President and Head of School to identify major donor prospects and cultivate relationships that generate approximately $250,000 in annual major gifts. Responsibilities include coordinating capital campaigns, managing donor recognition programs, developing relationships with donor groups and corporate sponsors, supporting fundraising and campaign events, collaborating with the Development Team on strategic initiatives, and performing additional duties as assigned. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, discretion, independent judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the Village Christian School community while advancing the school’s mission and vision.
