We are seeking an incredible candidate who will provide leadership, support, and oversight to staff, families, and students ensuring their success at our site in Corona. The duties and responsibilities are primarily in the areas of, but not limited to, principal and vice principal responsibilities for Academy and Learning Center elementary level TK-8th students. Requirements / Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess: * Clear California Administrative Services credential preferred; * Must possess a valid California Clear Single or Multiple subject credential; * At least 3 years of successful site administrator experience; * Successful experience leading staff in meeting the academic needs of students in a Program Improvement school (preferred); * Appropriate English Learner authorization; * Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. * Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with individuals of many diverse styles both within the Springs Charter School organization and outside the school. * Possess strong interpersonal skills and professionalism as well as be able to build and maintain positive working relationships, interact cooperatively with others, and keep confidential information.
