Knowledge of and ability to implement the subject matter, philosophical, social and educational concepts relative to the duties and responsibilities listed on this job description. Knowledge of and understanding of the cognitive, social and emotional characteristics, needs and potential problems experienced by students of all ability levels including gifted and talented from diverse populations. Knowledge of and an ability to develop curriculum appropriate to meeting the unique intellectual needs and interest of all students of different levels. An ability to create an environment in which all students can feel successful and challenged.
