The Assistant Principal serves as an instructional and operational leader who supports the Principal in fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment for all students. The Assistant Principal assists in the administration of the school’s educational program and is responsible for supporting student achievement, positive school culture, student discipline, attendance improvement, staff development, and daily school operations. Working collaboratively with students, families, teachers, and community partners, the Assistant Principal helps implement the school’s mission, vision, and goals while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, charter requirements, and school policies. The Assistant Principal promotes high expectations for academic excellence, student behavior, and professional practice and plays a key role in building systems that support student success and continuous school improvement.
