Gabriella Charter Schools is composed of two high-performing, dance-themed charter schools in the Los Angeles community. GCS 1 serves grades TK-8 and is located in the community of Echo Park. GCS 2 serves grades TK-8 and is located in the community of Historic South Central. The Community Schools Coordinator is a key member of the Gabriella Charter Schools Community Schools Initiative and student support team. The primary responsibilities of the Community Schools Coordinator are to build, execute and oversee the community schools initiative at the school site and align community resources and restorative instructional practices to improve scholar outcomes. The ideal candidate is a highly personable, systematic, and extremely organized individual who deeply believes in the Gabriella Charter Schools model and exercises strong initiative to help build a culture where all students reach their highest potential.
