Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Nutrition Services, the Nutrition Services Supervisor assists in the planning, coordination, and oversight of the District’s comprehensive school nutrition program. This position supervises and supports food service operations across multiple school sites, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to food safety, sanitation, meal program requirements, and nutrition standards. The Supervisor provides leadership, training, and guidance to nutrition services staff; assists with menu planning, program monitoring, catering services, and special dietary accommodations; conducts site visits and inspections; and supports personnel, budget, and operational functions to ensure the delivery of safe, nutritious, and cost-effective meals for students.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience: Any combination equivalent to: Associates degree or related in nutrition, food service management, dietetics, business. Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in quantity food preparation, cooking and serving including two (2) years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
