Welcome to Amador County Public Schools! Our unified P-12 district serves about 4,000 students and consists of the Amador County Unified School District and the Amador County Office of Education. Requirements / Qualifications
This position must have one of the following qualifications: AA or higher, 24 semester units of ECE or CD, 6 additional semester units in admin and supervision of a child development program, 2 additional units in adult supervision , and 350 days of experience-including at least 100 days of supervising adults in the last 4 years. Elementary teaching credential, and 12 semester units in ECE/CD and 3 Semester or 4 QTR units supervised field experience A Bachelor's degree or higher with 12 semester units in ECE or child development, and 3 Semester or 4 QTR units supervised field experience Administrative Services Credential (SCIA), and 12 units or training in ECE/CD and 3 Semester or 4 QTR units supervised field experience

A pre-employment physical, DOJ fingerprinting, and clear TB test is required at time of hiring. The State Preschool Office will arrange EMSA CPR and 1st Aide Training after employment begins.
