Chabad Hebrew Academy, an independent K-8 school located in beautiful Scripps Ranch, is looking for an energetic, dependable and experienced educator to fill the combined roles of a 6-8 PE Teacher Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching PE to meet the developmental needs as well as the skills to coordinate a Middle School Athletic program. Responsibilities including assisting with teaching PE to all classes 6-8, coordinating athletics, overseeing lunch/playground duty, collaborating with classroom teachers, planning an annual Field Day, and other tasks as assigned by the Principal or Head of School. This person should have the sports skills to coach one team per season and have the energy and enthusiasm that will motivate students to participate.
