Substitute Adult Education Teacher - Cosmetology at Covina-Valley Unified School District
Requirements / Qualifications
Under the direction of the Administrator of the Adult Education Program, the Substitute Adult Education Teacher will provide a learning program that is designed to assist students to make optimum progress toward the attainment of District goals, certifications, and be college and/or career ready. Required: Must have three or more years experience in Cosmetology or related field, a Designated Subjects Career Technical Education Credential in Fashion and Interior Design, a valid California Cosmetology license, knowledge of subject matter through additional trainings, workshops, meetings, and professional development for techniques and professional standards in the field and/or related fields.
The following documents must be submitted with your Edjoin application:
- Credential Copy
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 letters, no older than a year, dated, and signed)
- Proof of HS Graduation
- Resume
