  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three current letters required.)

  • Education Specialist Instruction Credential - Mild/Moderate (must also have the Autism Authorization or Mild to Moderate Support Needs Authorization)
    •      OR  Education Specialist Instruction Credential - Moderate/Severe (or Extensive Support Needs Authorization)
