Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Fiscal Services, performs financial record keeping duties associated with the processing and completing of accounting transactions for various accounts. Assumes responsibility for one or more elements within a complete accounting system such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, benefits, fund accounts, and limited-scope financial statements. Contingent Upon State Facilities Funding.
Requirements / Qualifications
High school diploma plus college-level curriculum in bookeeping or business practices and 2 years' experience in a production oriented record keeping, cashiering, or general clerical capacity. Additional experience may substitute for higher education.
