Imagine teaching in a school where you truly know every student, have the freedom to be creative, can focus on meaningful learning instead of teaching to a test, and consistently have 3 day weekends! As our Primary Teacher, you will work with a small mixed-age (7-9) cohort of approximately 10–15 students (Monday-Thursday) in an innovative, project-based micro-school environment. You will build deep relationships with the same students each day while fostering their academic, social-emotional, and personal growth. At Beyond School, we believe education should develop the whole child. In addition to academics, we place a strong emphasis on mindfulness, character development, leadership, communication, entrepreneurship, and student well-being. Learning is hands-on, inquiry-driven, and rooted in real-world experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. California Multiple Subject (or Single Subject Teaching Credential) *preferred, not mandatory A California issued 30-Day Substitute Permit
