Job Summary
Under the direction of the Business Manager and Site Administration, the Office Assistant II performs a variety of clerical duties for the purpose of acquiring the necessary resources to support District operations; ensures documentation is maintained for all purchases and special projects including confidential student data entry. The office assistant II is also responsible for helping with bookkeeping for all District accounts, provide assistance with the maintenance of health records, referrals and reports; perform related work as required and completes paperwork for the cafeteria.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Graduation from high school • Two (2) years of responsible office or clerical work, including purchasing, receiving, and maintaining inventory or; • Associates degree or higher with a related emphasis • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
-Letter of Introduction -Resume - (2) Letters of Recommendation (Valid within one year) -TB Clearance -CPR Certified
