We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to provide high-quality instruction in Mathematics/Science for 3Gr, 4GR, or 5GR. The ideal candidate will create an engaging learning environment, foster critical thinking skills, and support student growth through differentiated instruction. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons in core subject areas. -Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. -Utilize data to inform instruction and improve student outcomes. -Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment. -Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback. -Communicate student progress with parents/guardians and collaborate on student success plans. -Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and administrators to enhance student learning. -Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices. -Engage in school-wide initiatives, committees, and extracurricular activities as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree - Valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential or working on credential - Prior teaching experience preferred (at least 3 years) - Strong knowledge of Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and/or Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). - Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $62,000 - $95,00 (dependent upon experience) and signing bonus Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and CALSTRS Full time Instructional aide in every class One hour for lunch and one hour for prep daily Work hours 8am-3pm
