Job Summary
Under the general supervision/direction of the Expanded Learning Program Coordinator and/or site supervisor(s), performs varied clerical duties related to monitoring student attendance, including maintaining enrollment and attendance records; cafeteria accounting, including processing free and reduced meal applications; and assists in meeting school and District health/welfare requirements. Performs other duties directly related to this job description. Provides clerical and health-related support for the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program, ensuring accurate attendance accounting and basic student health services.
Requirements / Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced first aid and CPR certification. Annual Blood borne Pathogen/Hepatitis B training. Proper lift training. Experience in a clerical or school health setting is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred. First Aid & CPR Certification TB Clearance Internal Candidates - Need only to submit a letter of intent on Edjoin.org (no emails) Only applications with all required attachments completed will be considered. Fingerprint clearance upon hire with DPOLJUSD.
