Welcome to the Banta Unified School District, where we are proud of our long history in education. The district is one of the oldest districts in the county, having been founded to serve area students in the late 1800s. Through the years, Banta has remained a small K-8 school district focused on meeting the needs of its diverse student population. As our district evolves we continue to adapt in order to best prepare our students for the future. We are a growing district with the recent opening of a large housing development within our attendance area and the continued interest in Banta Elementary as a school of choice for families. Under the direction of the Principal, the High School Data Technician oversees the collection, management, and reporting of student data to support site operations, student achievement, and compliance requirements. This position supervises data-related processes, including student information systems (SIS), attendance, enrollment, scheduling support, and state reporting. The Data Support Supervisor ensures data accuracy, provides training to staff, and supports data-driven decision-making at the school site.
