Job Summary

Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services or designee, the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) Coordinator provides district-wide leadership, oversight, and direction for all Expanded Learning Opportunities Programs serving Transitional Kindergarten through twelfth grade. The Coordinator is responsible for supervising site-based ELOP Supervisors and ensuring consistent, high-quality implementation of before-school, after-school, summer, and intersession programs across all school sites. This position ensures compliance with California Education Code Section 46120 and related legislation, oversees program funding and operations, and leads continuous improvement efforts to support student success.

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years in an education-related field and increasingly responsible experience working with school-age children in an organized setting. Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred.
