JOB DESCRIPTION Conducts speech and language therapy assessments, diagnoses, and case manages programs for students with communication needs in the school-based setting. Collaborates regularly with classroom co-teachers and service providers to ensure service delivery, progress monitoring, and to develop goals for students to ensure full participation and learning in inclusive classroom setting.
