FJ White Learning Center: Grades TK-2 Castle Rock Elementary: Grades 3-5 • Additional 10.5% stipend, $7,071.75 • Number of Annual Work Days: 7.5 hours per day/185 days • Health Benefit Package as identified in Contract
Requirements / Qualifications
• Minimum five (5) years of teaching experience, multiple subject or single subject credential, leadership experience, professional learning and coaching experience preferred. • Strong background in the standards progression for grades TK-12 in Mathematics;
• Willing to work in a collaborative environment with support from staff and administration; • Willingness to learn and use new instructional practice; • Provide leadership and support for the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum and instruction programs to support the achievement of students; • Help teachers create, plan, and implement curriculum that is relevant to our students; • Coordinate the implementation, training, and analysis of local and state testing data for staff; • Observe teachers’ instructional practice and provide non-evaluative feedback; • Support the gathering and analysis of student data to support effective teaching and learning; • Work with curriculum and educational technology partners to develop professional learning, strategize, and support programs; • Assist site staff in the development and implementation of programmatic goals. Support site staff with vertical articulation and the use of effective schoolwide methods.
