Job Summary
Under the direction of the Executive Director, Educational Services, this highly skilled teacher will provide site-based and District instructional/educational program support for students and staff, specifically focusing on the implementation of a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS). The TOSA will provide instructional leadership, teacher training, and curriculum development directed toward advancing California standards in English Language Arts (ELA). This includes the oversight of universal screening, data-driven intervention, and the continued growth of learning environments aligned to 21st-century outcomes for all District students.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Valid California teaching credential * Master’s degree in education or related field desired. * Minimum of 5 years experience as an elementary classroom teacher

Placement on the salary schedule is dependent upon acceptable years of education and teaching experience if the former position is 75% of the school year, you were under contract, the school is WASC accredited, and you are credentialed during your time of employment with that institution.
