Daily Rate for 30-Day Substitute Permit (non-credentialed) Substitutes - $134 Daily Rate for Fully Credentialed Substitutes - $147.00 Long-Term Daily Rate for 30-Day Substitute Permit (non-credentialed) Substitutes- $160.00 Long-Term Daily Rate for Fully Credentialed Substitutes - $180.00 * Long-Term begins on the 16th day when working consecutively in the same assignment.
