Superintendent/Principal Camino Union Elementary School District About the District Camino Union Elementary School District is a vibrant, community-centered TK–8 district located in the scenic Apple Hill region of El Dorado County, approximately seven miles east of Placerville. The district serves students through both a traditional TK–8 program and Camino Polytechnic, a Science and Natural Resources Charter School focused on hands-on, experiential learning. Camino Elementary School is recognized as both a California Distinguished School and a National Title I Distinguished School. The district is committed to providing a high-quality educational experience that supports students academically, socially, and emotionally while fostering creativity, independence, and lifelong learning. Position Summary The Board of Trustees is seeking an outstanding educational leader to serve as Superintendent/Principal of Camino Union Elementary School District. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and visible leader who values strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.
