LCAP Paraeducator – Cayucos Elementary School District Cayucos Elementary School District is seeking a dedicated and student-centered LCAP Paraeducator to provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to students in grades TK-8. Working closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff, this position will assist with targeted interventions, small-group instruction, student engagement, and positive behavior supports aligned with the District's Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). The ideal candidate is flexible, collaborative, and passionate about helping students succeed. Experience working with children, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive school climate are highly desirable.
