Under the direction of the Site Administrator, the Parent/Family Outreach Coordinator II provides advanced family engagement, student support, and Tier II counseling-aligned services in an elementary school setting. This role is designed to integrate family outreach with preventive, early intervention student supports aligned to MTSS frameworks. The Parent/Family Outreach Coordinator II strengthens home and school partnerships, supports student social-emotional and attendance needs, and coordinates services to prevent escalation to intensive (Tier III) mental health interventions.
