Job Summary
Under the direction of a Principal-High School, organize, coordinate and administer assigned programs and activities related to student discipline, attendance and instruction at the high school; assist the Principal with administrative duties involving student conduct, attendance, school plant operations and others as assigned; supervise assigned certificated and classified personnel.
Requirements / Qualifications
POSITION AVAILABLE: ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL – DINUBA HIGH SCHOOL (9-12) QUALIFICATION: 1. Possess an appropriate California School Administrative credential (or Certificate of Eligibility for Administrative Credential or Verify Eligibility for Administrative Service Internship Program); 2. Possess an earned Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or in progress or intent to pursue); 3. Five years successful teaching experience, preferably at the high School/junior high level is required and previous success experience as a secondary administrator is preferred; 4. Demonstrated knowledge of secondary curriculum, instruction, and assessment. 5. The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to work cooperatively with others.
