Under the guidance of the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, the Safety & Crisis Response Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Safety Department. This includes assisting with staff development, supervision, and training, as well as managing scheduling, duty assignments, and performance evaluations. The role also entails carrying out various supervisory and technical duties related to safety operations. As the first level of management within the Safety Department, the Safety & Crisis Response Manager is distinguished by their leadership capabilities and proven ability to effectively guide and support staff. This position requires the execution of a broad range of tasks, including more technical and specialized assignements within the department.

Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related discipline or any combination of education and experience equivalent to 5 years of experience in related field
