Requirements / Qualifications

CURRENT DISTRICT CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY ON INTERVIEWS AND HIRE. JOB DESCRIPTION: To perform a variety of duties involving the operation of the Bright Futures Learning Center. Acts as the primary resource regarding available materials. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: Must complete the On-Line Application (filled out completely, with CURRENT information) • Letter of Introduction and/or Interest (specific to this position) • Any other certificates or documentation that may show your qualifications for this position

KNOWLEDGE OF: - terminology, purpose, operations, and practices of the Bright Futures Learning Center; - cataloging procedures and methods; - proper English grammar, usage, vocabulary, and spelling. - developmental levels of school-age children and age appropriate media materials. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS: - High school diploma or equivalent - Associate of Arts Degree or Equivalent experience as demonstrated by exam - Ability to lift 50 lbs. maximum or carry any object weighing up to 25lbs. - First Aid Certificate including CPR - Criminal Justice fingerprint clearance - TB test clearance Please click on Job Description above to review requirements, qualifications and job duties.
