Job Summary
Under the direction of a site principal, principal’s designee, or another appropriate administrator, plan, implement, monitor, and assess a classroom instructional program that is consistent with District and Board goals and philosophies, local site goals, and specific objectives based on assessment of student needs. Teach History/Social Science curriculum to pupils utilizing course of study adopted by the Board of Education and other appropriate learning activities; perform other related functions as required. Teaching assignment is for the 2026-2027 school year and is a 1 year temporary assignment.

Valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential authorizing the holder to teach Social Science, and authorizing instruction for English language development and specially designed academic instruction in English.
