Job Summary
The Coordinator of School Climate and Culture is responsible for fostering a positive, safe, and engaging school environment that supports student achievement and well-being. This position leads schoolwide culture initiatives, coordinates Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), implements student recognition programs, organizes culture-building events, and provides assertive discipline interventions to address student behavior concerns. The Coordinator works collaboratively with administrators, teachers, students, families, and community partners to establish and maintain high expectations for student conduct and school culture.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work, Educational Leadership, or a related field preferred. Minimum of three years of experience working with students in an educational setting. Experience implementing PBIS, restorative practices, and behavior intervention systems preferred. Experience organizing school events and student engagement activities preferred.
