The Special Education Teacher is responsible for providing instruction and support to students with disabilities in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. The Special Education Teacher collaborates with general education teachers, families, and related service providers to create a supportive and inclusive educational environment that promotes student success and independence. Imagine Schools Riverside County – Coachella Campus is a dynamic and collaborative dual language (Spanish) immersion school. Teachers have the privilege of educating each student in a dual-language classroom and working with students, families, other teachers, and staff to achieve goals. Teachers at Imagine Schools - Coachella have 3+ hours per week of collaborative planning time each week and various professional development opportunities.
