Under the supervision of the Principal, this role is responsible for supporting students’ meaningful engagement in all aspects of the school environment with a focus on strong academic success and healthy social interactions. The Dean of Students will support the social-emotional wellbeing of students, oversee the implementation of behavior interventions and plans, work to decrease student behavior incidents and suspensions, and improve overall outcomes for students. The Dean of Students will report to the school principal and work in collaboration with the school principal and district leaders.
