St. Lucy’s Priory High School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Director of Student Affairs - Dean of Women to serve as a pivotal leader in fostering a positive, disciplined, and vibrant environment for our students. Reporting directly to the Principal, the Director of Student Affairs - Dean of Women will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of student life outside the classroom, with a particular focus on upholding Benedictine school values, promoting student well-being, managing daily operations related to student conduct and appearance, and cultivating a strong sense of community and school spirit. This role requires a professional commitment to the mission of our school, and the Benedictine Hallmarks we follow.
