Credential, Education and Experience: - Hold a Teacher Librarian Services Credential; - Hold a Multiple or Single Subject or Education Specialist Credential w/English Learner Authorization; - Master’s degree from an accredited college/university (preferred) - Completion of five years of effective classroom instruction
