Position Overview Elementary Teachers play a vital role in creating classrooms where students are known, challenged, encouraged, and inspired. Key Responsibilities - Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with curriculum standards - Create a nurturing, organized, and positive classroom culture - Integrate biblical principles and Christian worldview into daily instruction - Assess student learning and maintain accurate academic records - Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth and classroom activities - Build strong relationships with students and families - Collaborate with colleagues and administration to strengthen school programs - Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess: - Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field - Teaching credential preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
