CJUSD Executive Director of Human Resources and Culture (Certificated or Classified) at Kings County Office Of Education
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in human resources, personnel administration, public administration, business administration, educational leadership, or a closely related field preferred. Three years or more of progressively responsible leadership or management experience in human resources, educational administration, labor relations, organizational leadership, or a closely related field, including experience supervising staff and supporting personnel-related functions. Experience in a California public school district, county office of education, or public agency is highly desirable. Demonstrated success building positive organizational culture, supporting employee development, and leading complex personnel initiatives may be considered in lieu of some traditional human resources experience. Valid California driver’s license and evidence of insurability. SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHR-CA, PHCLE, or California administrative services credential/certificate desirable. Fingerprint clearance, TB clearance, and other pre-employment requirements as required by law and District policy.
