Pine Ridge Elementary School is seeking a caring and dedicated Title I Instructional Aide to support students through targeted academic intervention and instructional assistance during the 2026/2027 school year. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with students, building positive relationships, and helping children grow in confidence both academically and socially. At Paradise Unified School District, we believe every student deserves to feel supported, valued, and capable of success. Our instructional aides are an essential part of creating positive learning environments where students can thrive. ABOUT THE ROLE: Title 1 Instructional Aides work under the direction of certificated staff and site administration to provide instructional support to students. The aide will work with individual students and small groups to reinforce classroom instruction, support skill development, and encourage student engagement in learning. This position may include supporting students in reading, writing, math, language development, and computer-assisted instructional programs while helping maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment. We are looking for someone who can: - Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth -Reinforce classroom instruction through small group and individual support -Assist with classroom routines, instructional activities, and learning centers -Encourage student confidence, independence, and engagement -Maintain patience, professionalism, and confidentiality -Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families -Help create a school environment where all students feel included, supported, and successful
