Pacific Academy is a nonsectarian, fully accredited, coeducational college-preparatory private school. Our school cultivates our students' natural abilities by offering small classes, individualized learning options, frequent advisement meetings, project-based learning, and interdisciplinary teaching. We seek to hire an enthusiastic, qualified Mandarin-speaking Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Department in our day-to-day operations and weekend events. Candidates for the position are required to have: B.A./B.S. degree in a related field Valid working status in the U.S 3 Professional References Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the subject matter Flexible and resourceful 2 years of marketing experience A marketing portfolio must be enclosed with the application Required Experience: Create flyers, certificates, posters, and other school-related items. Create, maintain, and update school marketing channels, including social media, in a timely and accurate manner. Produce and edit promotional materials as requested by the principal and Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management. This may include, but is not limited to, student certificates and other student awards. Maintain a professional, season-appropriate appearance and decor in the school environment. Update bulletin boards and the faculty wall as needed. Support school events by taking photographs at all campuses. Support school events by assessing and decorating the venue for events such as Graduation, Thanksgiving Luncheon, Lunar New Year Luncheon, HS Graduation, and 8th-grade promotion. Work with the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management to coordinate, prepare, and execute marketing and recruiting events. Maintain an electronic library of marketing material and update as needed. File all materials in a logical, easily accessible manner; ensure they remain up to date.
