Job Summary

The Academic Coordinator provides implementation, coordination, and monitoring support for curriculum resources, intervention programs, and professional learning initiatives within an independent study TK–12 program. This role bridges leadership vision and day-to-day implementation by ensuring systems are executed with fidelity, organized clearly, and communicated effectively. The Academic Coordinator supports instructional programs by coaching teachers, coordinating curriculum and interventions, facilitating professional learning, and monitoring data systems to improve student outcomes.

Requirements / Qualifications

Valid California Teaching Credential (Single or Multiple Subject) English Learner Authorization Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience Demonstrated leadership experience in education Experience coaching or mentoring teachers Valid California Driver’s License
