Job Summary
The Instructional Support Specialist provides targeted instructional and administrative support within the Student Support Department. This role delivers small group and individual intervention instruction to students in grades K–8 using lessons developed by certificated staff, while also supporting data tracking, assessment processes, and program implementation. Working under the direction of certificated staff, the Instructional Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) by reinforcing academic skills, monitoring student progress, and ensuring accurate data management. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families in a virtual environment. The work location for this position is designated by the supervisor and the job description to include in-person and virtual settings as needed by the School. The selected candidate must reside in California.
