Job Summary
BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Superintendent and/or designee, provide career readiness resources to both academic and Career Technical Education teachers. Promote ROP as the primary delivery system for Career Technical Education, including such benefits as skills training, industry partnerships, career pathway sequences, articulation, A-G credit, and industry certifications. Provide career exploration for middle and high school students. Actively market ROP via technology, community events, publications, newsletters, career fairs, and presentations.

Your presentation can be up to five slides, and you are free to be as creative as you would like. You can reference the CRY-ROP Website (https://www.cryrop.edu). You may use these resources to create your presentation.
Your presentation will be limited to 5 minutes and will be the last question in your interview. If you do not finish within the time limit, it will not reflect on your score—we simply want to see how you present information. You may bring a flash drive to connect to our screen for your presentation.
