Required Documents 1. Orange County Department of Education fingerprint clearance from the Clearing House is preferred. Fingerprint clearance may also be completed at your local police station. Submit a clear screenshot from the CTC website or a PDF of your certificate. 3. Bachelor degree transcripts with a degree conferral date clearly printed. Unofficial transcripts are accepted, but must include a degree conferral date. 4. Resume. Please note you must also fill out the “Record of Work Experience” in it's entirety on your EdJoin application completely. Submitting a resume is not a substitute for this section. Please do not submit additional documents for this position beyond the 4 stated documents. They will not be reviewed. Required Disclosure: AB 2534- As of January 1, 2025, in accordance with Education Code section 44939.5 (as amended by California AB 2534) applicants for all certificated positions are required by law to provide a complete list of every school district, county office of education, charter school and/or state special school with which they have previously been employed, regardless of the length of service.
