***Position includes an additional extended contract for FFA/SAE supervision and FFA advisory stipend***
This position is for a High School Agriculture Education Teacher. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: teaching district-adopted agriculture course curriculum, lab preparation, SAE project supervision, supervision of student projects on the high school Ag farm, collaboration with other agriculture teachers, and organizing and leading the established Future Farmers of America (FFA) chapter.
District offers coverage for health, vision, and dental plans for 187 days, prorated to FTE. District contribution for health benefits shall be equal to the annual cost of Kaiser medical employee only, plus a monthly contribution of $200 towards either employee + one or Full Family.
