THE OPPORTUNITY (POSITION OVERVIEW) Reporting to the School and/or Program Directors the Educational Facilitator (EF) is an innovator in the education field that inspires and supports all educational needs of TK-12 home study families assigned to them by facilitating an engaging and highly individualized education. As a point of contact and representative of the iLEAD home study program, the EF provides academic and operational support to the parents and learners. The Studio EF provides academic and operational support to the parents and learners. *This is a hybrid position, reporting to our Orange County Learning Studio campus in Costa Mesa a few days a week and working remotely the other days.

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Valid California Multiple Subject Credential or Single Subject Credential. ELL Authorization - CLAD, BCLAD desirable. Demonstrate proficiency in technology skills with the ability to learn and use online platforms, systems and software to support learning and record keeping. Previous experience with homeschool or independent study programs preferred.
