Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to teach, coach, advise, supervise, and care for student athletes. This position will work in partnership with the head coach to ensure alignment with the direction and philosophy of the program. This position will also work in partnership with parents, advocate and promote the School and work collegially with administrators and fellow coaches.

Preferred Skills The School seeks to hire someone who takes initiative and responsibility for developing, nurturing, and growing our programs. A strong candidate will be extremely organized and will have the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments. Additionally, the Assistant Coach should be prepared to work on a high performing team and have demonstrated the ability to maintain a positive attitude in all situations. The Assistant Coach should also be able to communicate effectively with all school constituents and display strong, positive interpersonal skills. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00PM to 5:30PM (some weekends and extended hours may be required). Hourly rate: $18 - $20/ hour with total season earning potential: $2,500 - $3,000
