APPLICANTS THAT DO NOT INCLUDE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION WILL BE SCREENED OUT OF THE PROCESS.** University Intern Credentials, Provisional Internship, Short-Term Staff Permit may be considered Basic Functions: Under the supervision of the school principal, the SDC Teacher provides direct instruction and support services as specified in the Individualized Education Program (IEP) for the special education pupils identified. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Education: • Valid California Teaching Credential, authorizing service to Mild/Moderate special needs students is required; • Autism Spectrum Authorization is required; • EL authorization or equivalent is required; • Master's Degree in Education or related field is preferred; Experience: • Recent successful experience working with children with special needs and willingness to work with staff members and management in a collaborative manner. • ***5 years previous public school teaching experience accepted for placement on the Teacher's Salary Schedule.*** Launch Your Career with Us: We are invested in your success!
