Job Summary
Hope Elementary School District Resource Teacher This individual must possess the ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers and Specialists. Have knowledge and interest in inclusion, integration and direct classroom support of children with a range of special needs. DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of the principal and the Special Education Coordinator, the Special Education Teacher serves as instructional resource to the teachers, aides, parents and children to further the academic achievement of students in the school. He/she also provides leadership in curriculum planning and modification for students with special needs.
