- Certification (California School Bus Driver's Certificate)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (American Red Cross First Aid Certificate or First Aid Clearance)
- DMV Printout (Recent 30-day DMV driving record)
- Health (Medical Examiner Certificate)
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Current, Professional - 3)
